By accessing or using CAASPPTest at caaspptest.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
CAASPPTest provides online practice tests aligned to California Common Core Standards and the Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium (SBAC) frameworks. CAASPPTest is an independent practice resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the California Department of Education, the CAASPP program, or the College Board.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must create the account and agree to these terms on your behalf. Parents are responsible for ensuring their child's use complies with these terms.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Payments and Refund Policy
- Full practice tests are sold as single-use credits at $1.99 each, or in bundles.
- No refunds once a test credit has been used to start a test.
- If a technical error prevents you from completing a purchased test, contact us at support@caaspptest.com within 7 days and we will issue a replacement credit.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, distribute, or resell any test questions or content from CAASPPTest
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the Service
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
6. Intellectual Property
All test questions, content, scoring logic, and design elements are the property of CAASPPTest. Questions are written to align with publicly available California Common Core Standards and SBAC practice item frameworks but are original works. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that practice test scores will predict actual CAASPP results. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAASPPTest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "last updated" date above.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
